Follow-up Core Area #3

Step number 3 The Follow-Up

So, what we have accomplished so far is, we have reached out searching for people to help. With the people who have responded and we made connections with we are going to send out some links directing them to some information that could help solve their issues or problems they are struggling with. Now, we move onto the next step. The follow up process. This is the step where the money is made and your auto responder comes into play. your autoresponder is that piece of software that I mentioned briefly in the capture process. This autoresponder is going to send out a set of previous created messages that is targeted to your audience. Now each of these emails needs to be specific and to specifically address your audiences interests and concerns. With new subscribers I would say 24 days of you staying in contact with your new audience. It is important that your name or brand becomes familiar to them. Otherwise the are not going to open them. Yes, you are here to sell and recommend products and services. But to me the major goal or purpose of these emails is to build a rapport with your new subscriber. This is your opportunity for you to connect with your audience and for them to get to know and trust you. Here are some examples of topics you talk about

Day 1 introduce yourself

Day 2 personal story of which the story and outcome resonates with your audience

Day 3 what event occurred that propelled you to do what you are currently doing

Day 4 mention the benefits of your promotion and how it can help them

Day 5 some customer success stories

Day 6 handle some of the hidden objections. These are objections that maybe holding customers from potentially buying.

This step is very important. This is where understanding copy writing is important because you are going to have to come up with tag lines that will grab you audience’s attention. There are a lot of programs out there that can assist you in coming up with copywrite that covers a customer’s struggles and solutions. Two of which I have personal experience with is the Builderall platform has an app and Jim Edward’s Funnel Scripts
