Should customer service be centered around a content marketing strategy? In today’s world of sales and marketing we get wrapped up into clicks, reach,open rates, etc. Yes, there are important metrics for you to understand if you want to make it online. Unfortunately, what has become forgotten is that on the other side of of these links are human beings.

So, if you want to be successful online, even though you are not dealing face to face with your target audience. You are going to need to build relationships with them and this begins by relating to them at a personal level. What better way than through customer service. Now, customer service doesn’t necessarily mean being available 24/7, answering questions and concerns someone has in the conventional sense. It just means having the mindset that you are someone, that they would like to do business with. Either now or sometime in the future.
